FINAL UPDATE ON GALLERY ISSUES

DeviantArt sent me another message ... this site-wide issue has been solved! So my Gallery is back to normal

I'm relieved, but i'm still curious about these extentions that can interfere with DeviantArt so if someone doesn't mind clueing me in on what these are, how do I tell if i've got them activated etc that'd be awesome e.g. if you could

UPDATE ON GALLERY ISSUES: DEVIANTARTS REPLY

This is DeviantArt's reply to my message about my Gallery issues:

Hi,
We are currently aware there is an issue with the Gallery and Favourite Gallery with pages 2+ as well as folders being blank. This new issue is being looked into by deviousTechnology however please note there were past outside sources that caused this issue that you should check on. This is not to say your issue is caused by these outside sources but we just want to make sure whether the issue you are experiencing is the new issue or is affected by these outside sources.

The following can cause this sort of issue to occur:

In General – any features that result in adblocking

Firefox Extensions – Adblock Plus and Skype Extension

Programs – Kaspersky Internet Security (adblock feature) and Avast (webshield)

Please note there are others that can cause this issue so this issue is not limited to the above.

This issue can also be caused by an Internet Explorer only issue. For more information on this please read the following Status Posts.

They were really fast with this response , can anyone help me with what these extentions etc are? And how I check for them or disable them? I'm using the latest version of FireFox.

GALLERY ISSUES

So at the moment everything in my Gallery bar the 'browse' option is having a spaz-attack.

As in next to nothing is turning up in the Featured or Folders ... I have sent a message to the DeviantArt Bug Team and waiting eagerly on the diagnosis. Everyting seems to be there in 'brouse' so I won't have to re-upload everything (which is GREAT) but its a bitch that nothing is turning up where I want it to.

So yeah ... thats a little update.
